The holder device is for cone ice cream and is produced from paper, cardboard, plastic or a laminate of these materials. It comprises a holder part with a circular aperture for accommodation of a cornet containing soft ice cream. The holder device on one side of the aperture is formed with an extending support part, which at a distance from the aperture as a straight edge part running at right-angles to a central axis through the support part and the aperture.
