The communication system comprises a memory for storage of information to which is coupled a reproduction unit. The system is mobile and transportable by lorry, ship, sailing boat, airship, balloon or helicopter. The transport medium (1,2) is provided with a computer system of which the memory forms part. The computer feeds a display screen (3) which is placed on a ship or is suspended (4) on a balloon. The two light screens (3,4) can form publicity messages directed towards a public beach. The ship can be provided with a telecommunication receiver (5) whilst the balloon can also be provided with such a receiver (6). These receivers are connected for information feed to the computer system and the memory for the change of information for ultimate display on the light screens. The receivers can also be considered for connection to the reproduction unit.
