Food grilling method, by clamping food inside preheated drum so that it covers ventilation holes and securing drum inside oven

Food is secured inside a drum (1) with clamps (2) and the drum includes an opening for securing it to or inside an oven. The clamps include springs for pressing the food against the oven. Ventilation holes with serrated top and bottom sides are provided in the drum. Food is placed inside the preheated drum so that it completely covers at least one of the ventilation holes and the food is then grilled by placing the drum inside the oven.
