Disclosed are compounds of formula I, wherein: phenyl ring A and phenyl ring B can be independently replaced with a naphthyl, R1 and R2 are independently H, alkyl, alkenyl, or alkynyl, or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen to which they are attached, form a four to eight membered optionally substituted saturated ring containing one or two heteroatoms, R3 and R4 are independently H, or optionally substituted alkyl, or R3 and R4 together with the carbon to which they are attached, form a four to eight membered saturated optionally substituted carbocyclic ring, or R2 and R4 form a four to eight membered saturated optionally substituted ring containing one or two heteroatoms, each X is independently optionally substituted phenyl, heteroaryl or heterocycle, each Y is independently H, halo, optionally substituted alkyl or alkoxy, cyano, nitro, amino, alkylamino, di-alkylamino, NR5(C=O)alkyl, SO2NR5R6 or SOpalkyl, and each Z is independently H, halo, optionally substituted alkyl, or alkoxy. The compounds are used in the manufacture of medicaments for the treatment of disorders that can be treated by inhibiting the reuptake of serotonin, dopamine or norepinephrine in a mammal.
