A METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF NOVELTY OF BRANDS AND LINES OF SOFT WHEAT ACCORDING TO DNA-TYPING

A method for determination of novelty of brands and lines of soft wheat according to DNA-typing comprises microsatellite analysis of genome DNA, taken from caryopsis, shoots and other tissues and comparison of definite alleles with data base of allele characteristics of microsatellite locuses of brands of soft wheat registered in Ukraine. System of microsatellite markers of DNA and data base of allele characteristics of microsatellite locusesl of brands of soft wheat registered in Ukraine are used.
