The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the device for preventing post-traumatic edema and secondary displacement of the fragments in treating the dislocation-fracture in talocrural joint. The device contains two polyethylene sleeves of different size attached to the system of the tubes supplied with the liquid under the pressure through the adapter. The adapter is equipped with the jet. The diameter of the jet is less than half-diameter of each tube in the system. The tubes are connected with the tee-pipes and the transparent graduated tube containing the tee with the overflow tube.
