LIGHT-WEIGHT HOLLOW HEAT-INSULATED LARGE DIMENSION OR OF ORDINARY DIMENSIONS BRICK (OR CONCRETE BLOCK) AND METHOD FOR ITS PRODUCTION

Light-weight hollow large dimension or of ordinary dimensions brick (or concrete block) is made in the form of a parallelepiped with cavities and manufactured of concrete, clay or silicate mixture of given composition. Inside its body it contains at least one continuous or porous, or fibrous, or shell element, mainly of rectangular shape that have external overall dimensions smaller than corresponding dimensions of the brick. In this case all external surfaces of brick are continuous of equal or different thickness in either direction from the side adjacent to the said internal element. A method of manufacture of light-weight hollow large dimension or of ordinary dimension brick (or concrete block) consists in that the mixture of given composition is previously prepared of loose granular materials, then the compacted mixture is filled up into the mould corresponding to the shape and dimensions of the future brick (or concrete block), the consolidation of mixture is performed by any known procedure, for example, hyperpressing, and further final drying of bricks. In advance, on the lower layer of mixture subject to compaction in the centre of the mould one or several continuous or porous, or fibrous, or shell elements is placed that are then filled up with the mixture from sides and from above, then the consolidation of the mixture is performed.
