Mechanism and adjustable pedals to secure frontal collisions.; Mechanism adjustable pedal for a vehicle comprising a base (2) attached to the vehicle floor, a carriage (3) on said base (2), and at least one pedal (4) relative to said carriage moves ( 3) when actuated. The upper face (6) of the base (2) is a sliding surface in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle and the carriage (3) is longitudinally displaceable on said upper face (6). The pedal mechanism, since it is located on the floor of the vehicle, does not require any added safety mechanism to frontal collisions.
