The system has a private branch exchange (PBX) programming central control unit that releases orders based on a proprietary protocol. A RS-485bus is electrically connected to the control unit. An extender card is plugged into the RS-485bus, where the peripherals are controlled by the RS-485bus, an inter-integrated circuit bus (I2C), a serial peripheral interface (SPI)and a digital input and output unit. The buses, the serial peripheral interface (SPI)and the output unit are separated from the control unit.
