An active substance-containing plaster with a pressuresensitive fixing device, containing at least one readilyvolatile ingredient, consisting of a substantially activesubstance-impermeable backing layer, at least two activesubstance-containing matrix layers and a removable protectivelayer, whereby the matrix layer containing the readilyvolatile active substance is laminated on a separatelyproduced composite of one or more further matrix layers whichare active substance-free, is characterized in that thefirst active substance-containing matrix layer consists ofa spreadable molecularly disperse solution of the matrixbase material in the readily volatile ingredient as theexclusive solvent, the composite which is obtained afterlaminating forming an active substance matrix that is as awhole shear-resistant after migration of the readilyvolatile ingredient into the composite.
