Agent (A) for post-operative insertion, after removal of bone tumor, comprising a nucleic acid (NA1) encoding a growth factor, especially of the transforming growth factor superfamily, linked by an oligonucleotide (ON) to a sequence (NA2) encoding a protease inhibitor (PI), is new. An independent claim is also included for a method of producing (A). - ACTIVITY : Osteopathic; vulnerary.
