Agent for postoperative use after the removal of bone tumours

摘要

A agent consisting of a nucleic acid comprising a sequence which codes for a growth factor of the TGF-beta super family linked by an oligonucleotide to a nucleic acid comprising a sequence coding for a proteinase inhibitor can be used in a pharmaceutical composition for promoting bone regeneration and inhibiting tumor metastasis for post-operative use after removal of bone tumors. Also described is the use of the agent for producing a transformed cell and a polypeptide.
