The present invention disclose a implementing method of supporting copyright protect MMS for mobile communication network system,including step of : edit and costomize multimedia message (MM), upload the said multimedia message to value-added application server; the user terminal download the said multimedia message; the said multimedia message comprise copyright content; the mobile communication multimedia message serivce center charge the fee of user terminal of downloading the multimedia message (MM) that comprising copyright content; the user terminal transmit and receive the multimedia message end -to -end; the mobile communication multimedia service center charge the fee of the end-to-end transmission of the multimedia message.This method can effectively protect the intellgence property of the content provider, improve the participation and invention of CP active the user to develop and use the MM, provide the copyright using charging with technology condition.
