The invention falls within the field of methods and corresponding devices for obtaining an automatic adjustment of the period of sampling of electrical energy during periods of lower cost of the latter, from electrical appliances warming to build, especially from the water heater. Intelligent electronics and logic with memory, assembled on an electronic board, allows the method to adapt automatically to different distribution in time, vary from one country to another as well as by the number of the positioning 24 hours, and locate, the most advantageously, the removal of electrical power from the network within the period of low cost of the latter.
