A 'Mileage Service' system using positional information of mobile communication terminals and a method therefor, wherein information providers, such as service industry or the like, can provide a 'Mileage Service' to the users in accordance with their traveling distances so as to differentiate services for users coming from a distance. In a server (300), acquiring means acquires positional information, which a mobile communication terminal (100) uses its detecting means to detect, and a mileage processing part (320) calculates, based on positional information of an immovable property stored in a database (330) and the positional information of the mobile communication terminal, a distance therebetween, and converts the calculated distance to 'Mileage Points'.
