摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a low temperature co-firing ferrite-ceramic composite, useful for filter components which prevent electromagnetic interference and has excellent electromagnetic bonding effect. CONSTITUTION: The low temperature co-firing ceramic material comprises a ceramic substance having a predetermined ratio, SiO2 having a predetermined ratio, and borax having a predetermined ratio so as to increase the structural strength. Low temperature co-firing ceramic slurry is obtained from the ceramic material by using the method comprising the steps of: mixing a ceramic substance, SiO2 and borax, each in a predetermined ratio depending on dielectric constants, to form a ceramic material; locating the ceramic material in a ball mill jug; adding thereto a suitable amount of alcohol, toluene and a dispersing agent to form ceramic slurry; kneading the ceramic slurry so as to have a predetermined diameter; and adding to the ceramic slurry, a suitable amount of a binder and plasticizer to form a homogeneous ceramic slurry mixture.
