CIRCULATION SYSTEM FOR RECYCLING WASTE AS CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS CAPABLE OF REDUCING AMOUNT OF BURIED WASTE

PURPOSE: To provide a circulation system for recycling waste capable of reducing an amount of the waste to be buried in a land and minimizing problems derived from landfill waste. CONSTITUTION: The system comprises the processes of (a) a measurement process which measures each weight of domestic waste, construction waste, organic waste and household waste; (b) a drying process which dries moisture contained in the domestic waste and the organic waste to a predetermined moisture content by using a drying means; (c) a sorting out process which separates incombustible materials and useful materials from the construction waste, the household waste, the dried domestic waste and the dried organic waste to finally sort out combustible materials; (d) a homogenization process which re-mixes, re-crushes, re-dries each of the waste to finally make a fuel; (e) an incineration process which thermally decomposes the homogenized waste to produce a heat source for power generation and district heating; and (f) a cinder treating process which recycles cinders generated from the incineration process as construction materials.
