摘要

PURPOSE: A method for fabricating a plasma display panel and a method for fabricating a plasma display device are provided to improve luminance of the plasma display panel by widening a discharge space of display cells and increasing a fluorescent coating area. CONSTITUTION: A plasma display panel includes a front substrate having column electrodes and a back substrate having row electrodes perpendicular to the column electrodes. Barrier ribs in a grating form are arranged between the front and back substrates opposite to each other. The barrier ribs are formed using a mask(1) having patterns corresponding to the shape of the barrier ribs in a grating form. The mask has cut portions(13) formed only at the corners of patterns intersecting the row electrodes. The corners come into contact with patterns placed in parallel with the row electrodes.
