A fluorescent substance paste is provided to increase light room contrast by lowering a reflection rate of incidence light and to improve color purity and color coordinates by allowing a pigment itself to perform a role of a color filter. A fluorescent substance paste comprises: a fluorescent substance powder for emitting a light in any one wavelength band of red, green, or blue; an organic or inorganic pigment which displays color with the same wavelength band as the light emitted from the fluorescent substance so as to ensure high reflectivity in a wavelength band of the light emitted from the fluorescent substance; and a binder which imparts adhesive force to the fluorescent powder.
