A Dryfilm for Fabricating Uniform Dielectric Layer in Plasma Display Panels

We developed a novel dryfilm for forming uniform dielectric layer. A newly developed resin is applied to this dryfilm. This resin have enough plasticity for forming dryfilm and good thermo-decomposition property. Glass frit is dispersed uniformly in the paste which combines our resin and glass frit. As manufacturing the dryfilm, coating method was optimized to achieve good uniformity. Compared with screen printing method, the process of forming dielectric layer is simpler with our dryfilm method.
