PURPOSE: Provided is a device for injecting a catalyst slurry in a mixing tank into a reactor, which permits the production for a small quantity of HDPE in a small and medium-sized plant such as a pilot plant. CONSTITUTION: The device includes a multiport valve for providing a flow path of catalyst slurry and isobutane, which is connected between a pump(3) and a reactor(8); a rotor with grooves(40) formed in a circumferential direction, which is rotatably combined to the multiport valve and provides a flow path conversion; a loop(7) for accommodating or recirculating catalyst slurry to be injected into the reactor(8); a return tube(13) for returning catalyst slurry which is unsupplied to the multiport value back to the mixing tank(1), which is connected to an outlet side of the pump(3); and a circulation tube(14) for resupplying catalyst slurry to be recirculated via the multiport valve and the loop(7), which is connected to an inlet side of the pump(3).
