摘要

PURPOSE: Provided is a siloxane copolymer capable of forming a cured resin film having excellent resistance against organic solvents and durability, and high adhesion to metal substrates, by heat treatment at a relatively low temperature. CONSTITUTION: The siloxane copolymer is represented by the following structural formula 1. In formula 1, A is a divalent organic group; B is a selected trivalent organic group, wherein two single bond parts extending in substantially the same direction are bonded to an imide ring to form a cycle; Y is a divalent group represented by the following formula 2 (wherein each R1 independently represents a monovalent organic group and m is an integer of 0-100); each of p and q is an integer of 1 or more, when p+q ranges from 1 to 200; r is an integer of 2-8; D is H, CH3 or trifluoromethyl; and G is H or glycidyl group.
