PURPOSE: Garlic spice prepared by squeezing steamed garlic, heating with roasted peanuts and then filtering is provided. CONSTITUTION: Garlic is washed, steamed and squeezed with a press. Then, 1.5L garlic extract is mixed with 200g roasted peanuts, heated for 1hr and filtered.
