PURPOSE: Garlic spice prepared by squeezing steamed garlic, heating with roasted peanuts and then filtering is provided. It is eliminated in the odor of garlic and has good taste and flavor while removing the odor of meat when mixed with meat and roasted. CONSTITUTION: Garlic is washed, steamed and squeezed with a press. Then, 1.5L garlic extract is mixed with 200g roasted peanuts, heated for 1hr and filtered.
