Purpose: a garlic peeler receives garlic with a space and is installed on a chain band with a horizontal movement and be provided with multiple peeling containers. It is being contained in from the garlic of the peeling container of several nozzles, high-pressure water is injected. Garlic peeler improves peeling efficiency, will not damage the skin of garlic. Construction: garlic is provided from a funnel (1) and is introduced into the peeling container (4) of multiple U-shapeds. On the garlic from the several nozzles (3) installed under a high pressure water tank (2), high-pressure water is injected. One chain belt (7) is mounted to moves on a fixed plate guide (6), and peeling container part is fixed to chain belt. The garlic and water of peeling are moved toward the end of chain belt.
