PURPOSE: A crusher for peel of garlic is provided to form a filter which is opened and closed by a drawer type in the bottom of a rotary blade, thereby facilitating the attachment and the detachment of the filter in case the filter is jammed.;CONSTITUTION: A crusher for peel of garlic comprises: a casing(10) in which a hopper is formed on the top thereof; a rotary blade rotating inside the casing; a fixed blade formed in the casing with corresponding the rotary blade for cutting peel of garlic; and a filter(40) formed in the bottom of the rotary blade by a semi-circular shape, in which a plurality of holes is formed, and able to be attached and detached by a drawer type.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2012
