PURPOSE: An apparatus for issuing a study problem paper is provided to increase double the effect of the learning by very simply doing the preparation and review of lesson while amusing the puzzle. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for issuing a study problem paper includes a plurality of problem stickers(131), a bobbin(111), a handle, a drawing hole(102), a guide hole(103), a winding bobbin(121) and a power transfer means. Various study problems are printed on the plurality of problem stickers(131) on which the release papers are attached. The bobbin(111) is connected to the first supporting axis(104) of the case(101). The handle is formed on the side of the bobbin(111) so as to rotate the bobbin(111) outside. The drawing hole(102) draws the problem sticker(131) to outside. The guide hole(103) is formed below the bottom side of the drawing hole(102) for inserting the release paper to the drawing hole(102). The winding bobbin(121) is connected to the second support axis(105) inside of the case(101) so as to wind the release paper(132) inserted into the case(101) through the guide hole(103). And, the power transfer means transfers the rotational force of the bobbin(111) to the winding bobbin(121).
