PURPOSE: An air circulation shock buffering shoe is provided to absorb a shock applied to a user's foot in walking or jogging for reducing a fatigue of the foot and increasing a quantity of exercise and to ventilate in the shoe for eliminating a bad smell in the foot and preventing athlete's foot. CONSTITUTION: The air circulation shock buffering means having an inner sole(10) and an outsole(20) comprises a plurality of suction holes(11) in a front of the sole, a passage(12) formed in a rear bottom of the sole, an air chamber(21) having a plurality of nuts(21a) provided to a rear of the outsole to vertically penetrate, a plurality of passages(22) extending from the air chamber, a buffering member(30) positioned to an upper part of the air chamber and having a plurality of bellow tubes(31) and suction tubes, a strut member(40) positioned to a lower part of the buffering member and including a plurality of guide tubes(41), assembling holes(42) and passages(43), a plurality of springs(50) inserted into the bellow tubes through the assembling holes, a plurality of supporting members(60) including a screw(61) engaged with the nut, a protrusion(62) opening and closing the suction tubes and passages and inserted into the assembling holes, a first check valve(70) mounted to the air chamber and opening and closing the passages and a second check valve(80) discharging the air into the exterior.
