PURPOSE: A feather yarn cutting device is characterized by crossing continuously blades of a thread clipper with a slider joined to an eccentric cam of an eccentric rotary shaft like scissoring, cutting feather grey yarn precisely, having a simple structure and having nothing to worry about trifling troubles. CONSTITUTION: A feather yarn cutting device comprises: a fixed board(13) installed between a withdrawing roller and a winding roller passed feather grey yarn and fixed on a frame in parallel with the rollers; a thread clipper(14) comprised of one side of an U-type body(14a) fixed on the frame and a pair of blades(14b) formed on tops of the U-type body in opposition to an advance direction of yarn; at least two of eccentric cams(16) interlocking-rotated with an output rotary shaft of a motor driving the withdrawing roller and the winding roller; an eccentric rotary shaft(15) covered a housing(19) shielding the eccentric cam; and a slider(17) which is joined to one side of the housing with a pin(20) and is reciprocal-moved in a guide(21) of the frame by rotation of the eccentric cam, working the blades of the thread clipper.
