WATERTIGHT MEMBER OF AN UNDERGROUND STRUCTURE AND A WATER CUT-OFF METHOD USING A WATERTIGHT PACKING INSERTED IN A CRACK PORTION AND A CUT-OFF PANEL

PURPOSE: A watertight member of an underground structure and a water cut-off method using the same are provided to secure perfect water cut-off effect by intercepting the water two times by a watertight packing and a cut-off panel and to prevent additional water-leakage by removing a gap by expanding properly the watertight member. CONSTITUTION: In a cut-off member installed on an inner wall of an underground structure(23) such as a sewage pipe or a culvert by an anchor bolt(22) to repair and reinforce the underground structure, a watertight member of the underground structure comprises a watertight packing(11) inserted into a crack portion of the underground structure and a cut-off panel(15) composed of a soft contact panel(18) installed on the upside of a hard protection panel(16), an uneven unit(19) formed on one side, and a crease unit(17) formed at the other side, and installed on the inner wall of the underground structure.
