METHOD FOR CONNECTING WATER CUT-OFF RUBBER PACKING, AND STRUCTURE FOR WATER CUT-OFF STRUCTURE OF CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND CAISSON

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional method for connecting water cut-off rubber packing causes the risk of deformation separation due to the incapability of an increase in adhesion area.;SOLUTION: In this method for connecting the hollow water cut-off rubber packings 1, 1 together, connection-side hollow ends 1a of the opposed water cut-off rubber packings 1, 1 are each filled with a filling connection member 2; connecting end surfaces 2a of the filling connection member are fixed to be flush with connecting end surfaces 1h of the water cut-off rubber packing 1; and the opposed connecting end surfaces (1h and 2a) of the water cut-off rubber packings 1 and the filling connection members 2 infilled into the water cut-off rubber packings are joined together by applying an adhesive to at least one of the connecting end surfaces.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
