PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a watertight packing structure of a cavity in a sheath hole in a precast box culvert forming a sluiceway or a sluice pipe, wherein a packing material efficiently follows the settlement of the precast box culvert and is prevented from being cracked.;SOLUTION: The precast box culvert 14 forming the sluiceway or the sluice pipe 12 and crossing a levee is constructed by sequentially arranging, in a box axial direction, box-shaped precast concrete blocks 14A having openings in both axial edges, inserting tendons 46 into the sheath holes 42 formed in each concrete block 14A, and tightly fastening the concrete blocks 14A together by the tendons in the box axial direction. Then a polyurethane material 48 is packed into the cavity between the sheath hole 42 and the tendons 46 in the precast box culvert.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
