PURPOSE: Provided are height adjustable desk and chair of which heights are adjusted readily and quickly by oneself. CONSTITUTION: The height adjustable desk and chair comprise upper legs(11), lower legs(12) and height adjustable parts in upper legs and lower legs. In lower leg is formed a hole(121) for through insert of a finger stop(2) and the hole is jointed with a bracket(3) in the outside. In the bracket, is formed a hole for inserting the rear end(22) of the finger stop, and a spring receiver(30) for supporting a spring(5). To rear wall of bracket is connected a fastening bolt(4) to control the movement of the finger stop. In the upper leg, are formed a number of recess(111) to receive the front end of the finger stop. In the front end of the finger stop, is provided a bearing(25).
