METHOD FOR DETERMINING DOSAGE OF ANTI-SCALE CHEMICALS ON DESALINATION PLANT USING MSF

PURPOSE: A method for determining a dosage of anti-scale chemicals on a desalination plant using the MSF(Multi Stage Flashing) is provided to enhance reliability for chemicals dosage determination by referring to accumulated actual operation results according to each chemicals dosage. CONSTITUTION: When a chemicals dosing process is performed multiple times, data for a temperature of intake seawater, a quantity of the dosed chemicals, and a dosing result is collected(S14). Dosage history particulars for a long term are databased by classifying the collected data into each plant(S16). The optimal chemicals dosage for protecting the plant from scaling depending on the seawater temperature of each plant is calculated by statistically arranging the collected data(S18).
