摘要

PURPOSE: A process is provided to produce a precursor solution for organic metal deposition by using a superconductive oxide. And a process is also provided to produce a thin film type superconductor by an organic metal deposition method. CONSTITUTION: The process for producing the precursor solution for the organic metal deposition contains the steps of: dissolving a superconductive material powder in a TFA(trifluoro acetate) solution and melting in a hot plate; evaporating the solution by increasing the temperature of the hot plate when the powder is dissolved perfectly and heating continuously to make a jelly state; stopping the heating when the solution dose not flow and cooling the solution; dissolving the jelly state compound in an organic solvent. The superconductive material powder is REBa2Cu3O7-x, wherein RE is a rare earth element such as Y, La, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu, or a composition thereof. And the process for producing the thin film type superconductor comprises the steps of: preparing the superconductive material powder-TFA precursor solution; spreading the precursor solution on a metal substrate having a texture or a single crystal metal substrate to form a thin film; drying and then calcining the thin film.
