PURPOSE: A raw material transfer device of a dumpling machine for permitting exact supply of raw material for dumplings stored in a hopper of the dumpling machine in a set amount to a dumpling skin is provided. It enables soft treatment of various demand amounts in uniform quality from consumers. CONSTITUTION: The raw material transfer device of a dumpling machine consists of: a body part(20) which is installed at the lower end of a hopper(12) on a body(10) and contains a flow pass for moving raw material vertically or horizontally; a first delivery means which is installed at the upper space of the flow pass on the body to connect with a driving shaft and sends the raw material to the flow pass according to the rotation of the driving shaft; an intermediate plate(35) which is intervened between the hopper and body, transmits the driving force of the driving shaft to a screw(14) and controls the lower flow pass of the hopper; and a second delivery means which is installed to perform a reciprocating linear motion on the flow pass of the body and transfers raw material vertically after transferring horizontally.
