PURPOSE: A dumpling forming apparatus of a dumpling machine designed to put raw material(dumpling filling) into dumpling skins which are fed to the set position through a driving plate is provided. It allows for completion of many varieties of dumplings in uniform quality according to various types of orders from a customer. CONSTITUTION: The dumpling forming apparatus of a dumpling machine consists of: a driving plate(20) installed on one side of a body to allow movement back and forth and transferred by a hook jaw protruded on the side end; a pattern plate(30) fastened to the upper end of the driving plate to determine the pattern of dumplings; a pair of upper plates(40) fastened to the upper end of the pattern plate to control the placing position of the dumpling skins; a receiving plate installed at the lower end of the pattern plate; a roller installed to allow rotational motion in downward directions from the driving plate to join both sides of dumplings; a driving means for mechanically connecting a scraper, the roller and driving plate.
