BACKFILL STRUCTURE OF A RETAINING WALL FOR PREVENTING BREAKAGE OF A POROUS PIPE BY MOUNTING A GABION IN THE BACK OF THE RETAINING WALL STRUCTURE

PURPOSE: A backfill structure of a retaining wall is provided to protect the porous pipe inserted to the porous pipe frame against the weight of the gabion by mounting plural supporting frames in the porous pipe frame, and to install the gabion easily by hooking the gabion up in the back of the retaining wall. CONSTITUTION: A gabion(4) is installed in the rear part of a retaining wall(1), and plural drain holes(2) are penetrated in the retaining wall. Plural hooks(8) are protruded backward in the rear part of the retaining wall, and front and rear iron meshes are combined by a horizontal wire(9) in the rear part of the retaining wall. Stone(6) is charged in the gabion, and the gabion is installed to the hook. A porous pipe frame(12) is combined by the wire, and fastened by plural supporting frames outside the iron mesh in the lower part of the gabion. A porous pipe(3) is inserted and installed to the porous pipe frame, and composed of plural water collection holes.
