HAMMER WITH A SHOCK-ABSORBING FUNCTION FOR PREVENTING BURDEN FROM BEING GIVEN TO A HANDLE AND REDUCING WORKER'S FATIGUE

PURPOSE: A hammer with a shock-absorbing function is provided to absorb repulsive force and vibration produced during use of the hammer by installing a shock-absorbing member between a handle and a vent hole of a hammer body. CONSTITUTION: A hammer with a shock-absorbing function comprises a hammer body(1) having a projection(3) formed to the upper part having a vent hole(2) in the center of the hammer body; a handle(4) having a projection(4a) formed to a position of the upper part and having a spiral groove(4b) formed to the bore; and a hollow shock-absorbing member(5) having an annular projection(5a). The handle is fitted into the vent hole of the hammer body. The annular projection of the hollow shock-absorbing member and a bushing(7) are fitted to the projection of the vent hole. A fastening bolt(8) is fastened to the spiral groove of the handle.
