PURPOSE: A shock-absorbing device of a bumper is provided to excellently execute assembling and removing work by simplifying the structure and to secure passenger's safety by absorbing and dispersing impact energy caused by a collision of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION: A shock-absorbing device of a bumper(18) includes a first arm member(11) fixed to a frame(19) of a vehicle body; second arm members(12) fixed to the bumper; an intermediate interval metal decoration(13) of a pipe shape installed between the first and second arm members; and a shock-absorbing member(15) filled in the intermediate interval metal design. The shock-absorbing member is formed in a lotus root or structure. The intermediate interval metal decoration is integrated with the second arm members.
