PURPOSE: An opening and closing device of a fuel filler door is provided to hold a gap generated on an outer peripheral surface of the fuel filler door in balance by combining a pop-up unit when the fuel filler door is in a fixed position and to secure accurate opening and closing motions by disposing the fuel filler door in the fixed position all the time. CONSTITUTION: An opening and closing device of a fuel filler door(10) is composed of the fuel filler door of which one end is combined with the inside of a vehicle body by a hinge(11) and the other end has a door opening control hole(12) and a tapered push opening(13) and a pop-up unit for applying elastic force in a direction of pushing outward the tapered push opening all the time. The fuel filler door and the pop-up unit are combined organically to each other. When a driver pulls a door stopper, the pop-up unit pushes the tapered push opening of the fuel filler door to open and close the door.
