METHOD FOR PREPARING LIQUID EXTRACT OF PINE NEEDLES AND ONION HAVING IMPROVED HYPERTENSION AND HYPERLIPIDEMIA PREVENTING ACTIVITY AND THE LIQUID EXTRACT THEREFROM

PURPOSE: A method for preparing liquid extract of pine needles and onion and the liquid extract therefrom are provided, which liquid extract of pine needles and onion lowers blood pressure and reduces lipid and cholesterol level in blood and liver, so that the liquid extract is useful for preventing hypertension and hyperlipidemia. CONSTITUTION: The method for preparing liquid extract of pine needles and onion comprises the steps of: dipping a mixture comprising 25.0 to 36.0 wt.% of pine leaves, 54.0 to 65.0 wt.% of onion, 3.0 to 6.0 wt.% of Poria cocos WOLF and 4.0 to 7.0 wt.% of mulberry tree in water for an appropriate time; adding water into the dipped mixture and heating the mixture at 80 to 100 deg. C for 15 to 20 hours; and extracting the heated mixture in a hydraulic extractor.
