OIL SEAL STRUCTURE CAPABLE OF PREVENTING OIL LEAKAGE WHILE PREVENTING SEPARATION OF A LOWER SEAL BY CHANGING STRUCTURE OF OIL SEAL

PURPOSE: An oil seal structure is provided to prevent separation during movement and assembling by separately forming an upper seal and a lower seal and combining the separated lower seal to a banjo. CONSTITUTION: In an oil seal structure, oil seals are mounted between a banjo(80) and an eyebolt(40), and the banjo and a pump connector, in a connection part of a pressure hose and an oil pump. The oil seal structure comprises an upper seal(110) of a washer shape and a lower seal formed separately from the upper seal. The lower seal has a grip leg(122) extended from the outer peripheral surface of the seal of the washer seal and bent upward. The lower seal is combined and supported to the banjo by the grip leg. A hemispheric projection(124) is formed to the upper inside of the grip leg and the hemispheric projection is combined to a hemispheric groove(85) formed along the outer periphery of the banjo.
