PURPOSE: Provided is a conductive polymer composition comprising ozone-treated carbon black and olefin based polymer resin matrix to produce PTC device having excellent PTC property without additional material or energy using simple a process and an apparatus. CONSTITUTION: The conductive composition comprises 5-50 parts by weight of carbon black powder after ozone-surface treatment to 100 parts by weight of resin matrix. The resin matrix is selected from polyolefin resin such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, EVA, EMA, EEA copolymers or polyethylene derivative in copolymer form to enhance filling property of conductive polymer particles. The carbon black powder has average particle size ranging of 20-100nm and 60-160cc/100g of DBP value. The resin matrix may further contain conventional conductive filler such as nickel, gold, copper, metal alloy, carbon, graphite, carbon black powders.
