The present invention relates to a PTC device using a conductive polymer composition , and this over-current blocking for having the PTC characteristics , after treating the carbon black with ozone directly processing method according to the present invention this olefin-based polymeric resin matrix with a molten mixture of a conductive polymer composition can provide a PTC device having an excellent PTC property . Conductive polymer composition according to the present invention can be prepared at room temperature as a separate substance , and a simple method and device with no energy and is excellent in economical efficiency as well as improving the penetration performance of water not at all in the composition .
