LAMELLAR PEROVSKITE MATERIAL HAVING FERROMAGNETIC PROPERTY AND FERROELECTRIC PROPERTY AT ORDINARY TEMPERATURE AND MAGNETOELECTRIC EFFECT AND ELECTRONIC DEVICE CONTAINING THE SAME
PURPOSE: A lamellar perovskite material is provided, which has a ferromagnetic property and a ferroelectric property at an ordinary temperature at the same time and a magnetoelectric effect at a temperature of 25deg.C or higher. And an electronic device containing the material is provided also. CONSTITUTION: The lamellar perovskite material is represented by the formula(Bi4-xRxTi3O12) or the formula(Bi4-xRxTi3-yTyO12), R is a rare earth metal selected from the group consisting of Nd, Gd, Pr, Pm, Sm, Eu, Er, Tm, Tb, Yb, Dy, Ho, Ce, La, and a mixture thereof, T is a transition metal selected from the group consisting of Co, Ni, Fe, Mn, W, V, Nb, Mo, Ta, Zr, and a mixture thereof, x is 0.1-4, and y is 0.001-3. And the electronic device contains a condenser comprising the lamellar perovskite material. The electronic device is selected from a spintronic device, an ultra-high speed data storing device, a magnetic-electric sensor, a magnetic sensor, an electric sensor, a photoelectronic device, a microwave electronic device, and a magnetic-electric or electric-magnetic transducer.
