Provided is a stabilizer against hydrolysis for ester group-containing resins or biodegradable plastics, which solves the problems caused by a conventional carbodiimide compound, including poor heat resistance and yellowing. The stabilizer against hydrolysis comprises a carbodiimide composition containing an aliphatic carbodiimide compound (A) and a phosphorous-containing anti-oxidant (B). Particularly, the phosphorus-containing anti-oxidant (B1) is incorporated into the synthetic process of aliphatic carbodiimide compound (A), so that the phosphorous-containing anti-oxidant is dispersed in the carbodiimide composition. The phosphorous-containing anti-oxidant may be preliminarily incorporated into raw materials of aliphatic carbodiimide compound (A).
