A pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of hypertriglyceridemia, and oxidative stress and inflammatory-related diseases comprising isoflavones is provided, which isoflavone reduces neutral fat level and lipid peroxidation in blood to inhibit activity of NF-kappaB participating in inflammation responses. The pharmaceutical composition for prevention and treatment of hypertriglyceridemia, oxidative stress and inflammatory-related diseases comprises isoflavones, wherein the isoflavone is one or two compounds selected from daidzein, genistein, glycitein, daidzin, genistin, glycitin and glycoside thereof; hypertriglyceridemia is diabetes, hypothyroidism, liver disease and atherosclerosis; and oxidative stress and inflammatory-related diseases are aging, diabetic chronic complication, arthritis, rheumatic arthritis, lupus and multiple sclerosis.
