When implementing a software or hardware radio channel simulator in the simulator to be used for measuring the performance of a mobile communication system, reducing the number of sampling times when the slow speed of the mobile station. In this manner, it is possible to increase the execution speed when the software and reduce the resources required for hardware simulation. In addition, by more than 43 times sampled during the coherence time calculated according to the speed of the mobile station, it is possible to reduce the execution time within an error range allowed for the mobile station at different speeds.
