PURPOSE: An apparatus and a method for producing a three dimensional image capable of photographing simultaneously plural images are provided to photograph plural images with different angles simultaneously, thereby capable of quickly performing a three dimensional image producing work. CONSTITUTION: An image photographing member photographs an object a control signal of an image managing device and transmits a photographed image to the image managing device. A photographing image storing member stores plural digital images photographed by the image photographing member under the control signal of an image photographing control member. A three dimensional image generating member produces an electronic file through plural digital images. A three dimensional image storing member stores the electronic file produced by the three dimensional image generating member.
