PURPOSE: Provided is a binder paste, which has excellent hygroscopic, anti-bacterial, deodorizing, blood circulation-stimulating and metabolism-augmenting activities and adhesion to fabrics, maintains the activities for a long time and is printed to socks easily. CONSTITUTION: The binder paste comprises: 35-50 wt% of an acrylic resin; 9-21 wt% of an inorganic hygroscopic anti-bacterial agent containing 98-99.5 wt% of a loess powder and 0.5-2 wt% of silver powder; 3-5 wt% of castor oil; 1-3 wt% of a lubricant; 0.5-1.5 wt% of a thickener for controlling the viscosity of the total composition; and the balance amount of water. Further, the binder paste is printed to either surface of the bottom of socks by a silk screen method, and the printed socks are heated and cured to form a plurality of protrusions having an average thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm, so that charcoal-containing socks having dermatophytosis inhibition activity are obtained.
